PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
You can effectively protect nearly all types of textiles from water, dirt and stain formation thanks to modern high-performance particles. Appearance, color fastness and feel will thereby not be impaired in any way. Textiles are easy to maintain and remain breathable. Damage through discoloration or stain formation caused by aqueous and greasy dirt are things of the past.
servFaces textile sealing ensures permanent protection with the most modern high-performance particles! The high-performance particles are very stable and work for up to 24 months!
This water-repellent high-performance coating effectively protects nearly all types of textiles from water, dirt and stain formation. It provides transparent, invisible and breathable protection with a long lifetime. Washing up to 50 times at 30° (always according to the product) is perfectly possible!
APPLICATION
Preparation:
The textile must be thoroughly cleaned before sealing to remove all dirt, care and impregnating agents. To do so, use Textil Cleaner. After cleaning, the textile must fully dry.
Application:
The surface needs to be wetted all over to form a thin, even wet film on the textile. Rub the product into the textile and then let it dry. Temporary darkening may occur always according to the coating thickness. Textiles can be treated by dipping or spraying. Dipping the yarn or fabric web into an immersion bath is also possible. You can obtain exceptional result with low amounts. The consumption depends on the absorbing capacity of the fiber.
Curing time:
The product releases its effects after full curing in the air. Curing can also be carried out using a fan heater, if the textile is suitable for it. Thermal curing increases the effectiveness.
Follow-up treatment/Refreshment:
Should fading occur, you can refresh the textile as much as with the first application, unless it is heavily soiled.
Caution: Do not apply the product in direct sunlight and do not let it dry!

TO CONSIDER
Emulsions and coating products need a certain period of time to bind to the surface and fully cure. Therefore, please check the curing time of individual products. Only this can guarantee that the product provides the desired benefits. Direct exposure of the surface to water or cleaning agents after application can significantly reduce the performance of the product properties.
Surfaces treated with sealers should principally always be cleaned as gently as possible, to avoid damaging or even eliminating the product properties. Avoid using strong cleaning agents with high pH or a large content of solvent. We therefore recommend cleaning with a pH-neutral all-round cleaner such as servFaces Allround Cleaner (Ready-to-Use)
GENERAL PRODUCT NOTE
Factors such as the type of coating system, paint condition, product processing (preliminary cleaning, application temperature, curing time), etc., can influence the product's effectiveness and lifetime. Therefore, fluctuations of product properties cannot be excluded.
