PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
servFaces PPF & Film Application Fluid is a concentrate for preparing an installation fluid / slip solution and has been specially developed to significantly simplify the application of paint protection and sun protection films. This transparent, low-viscosity installation fluid is characterized by its fine spray and wetting properties, which allow for easy application using spray bottles and various spray devices.
The formulation of the PPF & Film Application Fluid Concentrate is optimized so that it does not affect the color or chemical properties of the adhesives in the films being applied. The fluid ensures optimal moistening of the substrate, which allows the films to be repositioned during application and significantly simplifies the entire work process.
The PPF & Film Application Fluid Concentrate can be easily removed without leaving any residue, even after it has dried, ensuring clean and efficient application.
APPLICATION
Mix the PPF & Film Application Fluid concentrate (up to a maximum ratio of 1:200) with demineralized water and spray the slip solution evenly onto the surface until it is completely saturated. To make the film easier to handle, we recommend applying the solution to the adhesive side of the film as well. Then position the film in the desired area and apply a little more liquid to the back of the film to create a lubricating film that makes it easier to smooth out the liquid.
Please note that paint protection films (PPF) require some time to develop their full adhesive strength and for the water contained in the gel to dry completely beneath the film. When tucking the edges, the product must be rinsed with a tack solution (demineralized water / optionally with 3–5% isopropanol).
Dilution:
Mix servFaces PPF & Film Application Fluid concentrate with demineralized water at a ratio of up to 1:200 to prepare the ready-to-use installation fluid / slip solution.
