PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
PPF & Wrap Coat is part of the fillium product line and is based on servFaces’ latest polymer-SiO₂ resin technology. Once cured, the product forms an extremely durable, glass-like, and highly flexible protective layer on the film’s surface. This provides long-term protection and enhances the appearance of PPF, wrap, and vinyl films without negatively affecting their properties—such as the film surface’s self-healing ability. The film surface becomes significantly glossier and takes on a visibly deeper color effect. This gives the surface greater depth and brilliance for a long-lasting, high-quality finish.
The invisible protective barrier provided by PPF & Wrap Coat offers reliable protection for up to 30 months, even with intensive use of the film surfaces.
APPLICATION
- Clean and neutralize the surface with Surface Cleaner PRO • Place the application cloth over the applicator, or alternatively use the Premium Applicator Sponge. • Apply 15–20 drops of PPF & Wrap Coat to the application cloth and spread it quickly over the surface (a visible film must form). Work on one component at a time and no more than half a hood at a time. • Allow the product to cure for approximately 1–5 minutes. (This time depends on the amount applied, humidity, and ambient temperature.) The longer the product is allowed to react with the paint, the greater the layer build-up, protective effect, and hydrophobic effect. To ensure a sufficient reaction time, apply enough product so that it does not dry too quickly. • Remove excess product with the first Special Coating Towel (start with the edge areas and then work from the outside in using straight, swift strokes). • Take another fresh Special Coating Towel and polish the surface (start with the edges, then work from the outside in using circular motions without applying too much pressure) • If streaks are still visible, take another fresh Special Coating Towel and repeat the process until the streaks are no longer visible. (Check with a light source) • After 20 minutes, another coat of PPF & Wrap Coat can be applied. Do not wait longer than 35 minutes!
Caution: Do not apply the product in direct sunlight!
Important notes after use:
After 9–10 days, the coating is fully cured and provides complete protection. Until then, the coating is still sensitive to heavy wear and tear. Bird droppings and insect residue should therefore be removed as quickly as possible and gently to avoid damaging the paint! During the first 14 days, the surface must not be exposed to mechanical stress or heavy friction (e.g., from an automated car wash or hand washing with a brush).
Note after use:
With the right care, you can significantly extend the coating’s protective life! Be sure to use only care products that have the same water-repellent properties as the coating. We do not recommend using additional hot wax sealants (e.g., at car washes), as the wax forms an additional film on the surface and weakens the coating’s hydrophobic properties.

DURABILITY
One coat of PPF & Wrap Coat lasts approximately 30 months. To achieve longer-lasting protection, multiple coats can be applied (see Application). Each additional enhands the lifetime by an additional 6–7 months.
TO CONSIDER
Emulsions and coating products need a certain period to bind to the surface and fully cure after application. Therefore, please check the curing time of individual products. Only this can guarantee that the product provides the desired benefits. Direct exposure of the surface to water or cleaning agents after application can considerably reduce the product's properties.
